My new dress for everyday

I have a beautiful dress of gray jersey that I wear constantly, so much that I was already embarrassed. But the model is so good and comfortable, that whenever I need somewhere to go and I think what is the most comfortable to wear I still take the same gray dress. So, I decided for the New Year to make the same dress in another color. What is good should not be changed! The dress is cotton jersey and I sew it on the same model of my old dress! I present to you this famous dress!

Hand-painted scarf

First, I hand painted this small picture on a piece of cotton fabric. I recommend drawing on cotton because absorbs color the best and will not wash it.
I painted the background color to better fit with the fabric, and next I did was lace around the picture, like a picture frame.

And the last thing I did was the edge of the scarf. Scarf is sewn from cotton fabric.
I accept the critics!

My favorite green dress

If I had to choose one of my favorite sewn things from my closet, and there are many, I think it would be this beautiful green dress. This dress is sutured for a special occasion and it’s really special for me. There are many details that I have a long and carefully created. I have used viscose for the fabric, lace below the bust is cotton, and I added some more beads on the bottom edge of dress. So, I am ready for critics!!!

When I was little I remember my mom often bought Burda magazine, and sewed for me the most beautiful dresses. So somehow has transferred to me the habit of buying this magazine, so I always look forward to the next number.Since the blood is not water,I also love everything about sewing and creating clothes and I became a passion about fashion. This time I found this beautiful red dress that I chose for my mom. The pattern is plus size and it s beautiful and maybe someone else like it or just be the inspiration for the upcoming holidays.

Scarf with Decoupage

This scarf is my first attempt of decoupage techniques on textiles, I think it turned out not so bad. Scarf is sewn of cotton material on the front and the back of some kind of cotton lace. I chose the material that is almost white to highlight the design of napkins.
